Delighted to announce I'm working with a renowned entity in the Insurance industry. They are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join their team.
The Finance Business Partner will act as the interface between Finance and business teams, helping to translate financial data into strategic insights.
What you can expect:
1. Support the Executive Finance Manager in partnering closely with Divisional Leaders to support transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with organisational goals
2. Act as a liaison between the business and finance, using data insights to guide decisions on cost efficiency initiatives
3. Engage with operational leaders to understand cost drivers and support prioritisation of transformation opportunities.
4. Produce and present key trends and cost drivers in a commercially relevant way, ensuring buy-in and clarity across stakeholders.
5. Monitor benefits realisation of approved transformation initiatives and escalate any deviations from plan.
What you need to apply:
6. ACA, ACCA or CIMA
7. 5-10 years of Finance experience, ideally in Business Partnering or FP&A role.
8. Strong communication and influencing skills, with a track record in stakeholder engagement.
9. Proficiency in interpreting Power BI dashboards and EPM reports.
10. Experience working with SAP, cost centre data and transformation projects.
11. Excellent presentation, communication and MS Office skills.
