We are currently recruiting an experienced Senior Engineer with residential experience for our prestigious Ballymoston project.
This project will consist of 1,200 homes on, a 32-hectare site in Donabate, North Co Dublin, one of the largest residential housing developments in the country.
The first phase of construction will consist of 432 affordable, private, cost rental and social homes.
The first homes will be completed in the second half of 2025, and the first phase will be finished in H2 2025.
Responsibilities: Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculationsManaging, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client or architectLiaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the projectSupervision and monitoring of ground works and civil engineering contractorsResolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may ariseManagement and co-ordination of health and safety matters on siteQuality management and BCAR co-ordinationDegree qualified in Engineering (Civil/ Structural)Strong experience as a Site Engineer with either a Developer and/or Main ContractorStrong setting out experience- e.g.
