The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in facilities management within high-volume manufacturing environments.
About the Job:
* Coordinate and implement various maintenance and facility project activities on site.
* Manage subcontractors' services as required to fulfill requirements.
* Supervise and train direct reports, ensuring that site objectives are achieved.
* Maintain plant utilities and systems to ensure compliance and continuity of services.
* Develop and maintain preventative maintenance procedures for critical utilities and the Facility.
* Manage contractor activity, capital projects, and budgets related to Facilities activities.
* Identify improvement projects to enhance the Facilities function and reduce costs.
* Ensure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* To manage the co-ordination and implementation of a wide variety of maintenance and facility project activities on site.
* Procurement of subcontractors' services as required to fulfill requirements.
* Supervision & Training of direct reports and co-ordination of resources to ensure that site objectives are achieved.
* Effective maintenance of plant utilities and systems to ensure compliance and continuity of services.
Requirements:
* NFQ Level 8 degree qualification or equivalent experience.
* Minimum of 5-7 years experience in a similar role with supervisory management experience.
* Proven track record in facilities management in high volume manufacturing facility.
