Project Manager Role
A Senior Project Agent is responsible for overseeing the project team to ensure safe and timely project execution.
* Lead staff, operatives, and sub-contractors, providing guidance as needed.
* Coordinate with clients and client representatives to deliver projects successfully and build relationships.
* Direct junior technical project staff, educating and mentoring them when necessary.
* Determine required resources and manage budget constraints.
* Negotiate deals with suppliers and sub-contractors.
* Communicate with clients and their representatives, attending regular meetings to inform them of project progress.
* Manage project documents, coordinating project scope changes and obtaining required certificates.
* Evaluate project progress and report to stakeholders on project particulars, including finance, safety, risks, and opportunities.
* Develop project forecasts, resource requirements, and contract obligations.
* Ensure all project changes are documented and contract terms are adhered to.
* Develop client reports, accounts, and budgets in a timely manner.
* Build and maintain client relationships to promote new business.
* Implement and maintain quality management systems and processes.
* Plan and execute projects to achieve company goals, strategy, and values.
* Coordinate training with the quality department.
* Obtain necessary permits and licenses from authorities.
* Ensure compliance with legal or regulatory requirements.
