Your Role
Are you passionate about hospitality and eager to make a difference? Join our young, dynamic team across Europe, with offices in Mannheim and Steinhausen. We are looking for an energetic Sales Development Representative to drive growth and innovation.
Your responsibilities include:
* Engaging prospects: identify decision-makers, understand their challenges, and pitch RoomPriceGenie solutions.
* Making daily outreach calls via Hubspot, tracking your success.
* Utilizing your local market knowledge to enhance outreach and connect meaningfully with hotel owners.
* Staying informed about industry trends, news, and competitors to add value in conversations.
* Collaborating with management to optimize the customer journey and suggest process improvements.
* Contributing innovative ideas to shape the company's future development.
Your Profile
* Native English speaker with excellent communication skills and Irish accent familiarity.
* Based in Ireland.
* Sales-oriented with a knack for understanding customer needs.
* Tech-savvy and interested in the latest technology trends.
* Outgoing, empathetic, enthusiastic, and great at connecting with people.
* Active listener who uncovers pain points and engages prospects effectively.
* Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* A team player who enjoys contributing to team goals.
Nice to Have
* Additional European languages (Italian, French, etc.).
* Experience in SaaS or travel tech sectors.
* Hospitality industry experience or passion for helping hotels.
* Ability to work from our offices regularly.
