We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and experienced Sales & Marketing Administrator to play a key role in supporting our sales function, driving operational efficiency, and actively contributing to revenue growth. This is a hands-on role for a proactive individual who is comfortable combining sales administration with lead generation and outbound prospecting.
The successful candidate will act as a central support hub for the sales team, ensuring smooth sales operations, accurate reporting, effective CRM management, and strong collaboration across departments. You will also support marketing initiatives and provide high-level administrative assistance to senior management.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day sales administration, including order processing, documentation, and CRM maintenance
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, ensuring data integrity and pipeline visibility
* Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking to support management decision-making
* Proactively generate new sales leads through cold calling, outbound outreach, and follow-up activities
* Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
* Liaise between sales, finance, logistics, customer service, and marketing teams to ensure efficient order fulfilment and a high level of customer satisfaction
* Prepare, update, and manage sales contracts, quotations, and pricing agreements in line with company policies
* Coordinate internal approval processes for pricing, discounts, and special commercial terms
* Monitor sales performance metrics and produce regular analytical reports for senior management
* Work closely with marketing to execute scheduled email marketing campaigns and sales initiatives
* Provide administrative support for sales meetings, client presentations, and corporate events
* Organise travel and accommodation for senior management
* Provide ad hoc administrative support as required
About You
* Proven experience in sales administration, sales support, or a similar commercial role
* Comfortable and confident with cold calling and outbound lead generation
* Target-driven with a proactive, resilient approach to sales activity
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities independently
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
