Job Opportunity: Temporary Part-Time Accounts Receivable Administrator Location: Maynooth, Contract: Temporary (approx 8 weeks but could go longer) Hours: Part-time (mornings) Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our finance team on a temporary, part-time basis. Youll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day management of customer accounts and ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing and payments. Key Responsibilities: Process and reconcile customer invoices and payments Monitor outstanding debts and follow up on overdue accounts Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers Support month-end reporting and ad-hoc finance tasks About You: Previous experience in accounts receivable or general accounting Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and organisational skills Must be immediate and available to start.
