Job Title: AVP - Application Support Analyst (Lease Support)
A leading financial institution in Dublin is seeking an experienced professional to join their EMEA Application Management team, focusing on Lease Finance.
This is a unique opportunity for you to play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of critical business applications that underpin the Lending business.
You will be part of a close-knit, supportive team and engage directly with product owners and business users.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain the reliability of key business applications used by the Lending division
• Perform comprehensive system checks to guarantee that all platforms are ready for use by business teams
• Respond promptly to incidents reported via ServiceNow, ensuring swift resolution while keeping stakeholders informed at every step
• Work hand-in-hand with colleagues across locations to foster a collaborative approach to problem-solving
• Participate in change management processes, liaise with vendors for software updates or escalations, contribute to testing new enhancements, and keep meticulous records of all activities
