Cpl Recruitment is seeking a HR Administrator to support a HRIS Implementation Project for a permanent role with a leading engineering company based in Dublin West.
The ideal candidate will have strong HR analytics experience, ideally gained within an engineering, construction, or manufacturing environment.
ResponsibilitiesRequired: *Assist with data preparation and cleansing for migration into the new HR system.
*Support user acceptance testing (UAT), log issues, and maintain project documentation.
*Coordinate workshops, training sessions, and provide feedback on system usability.
*Maintain and update employee records in both legacy and new HR systems during transition.
*Prepare contracts, letters, and other HR documentation for hires, changes, and leavers.
*Support administration of benefits, leave, and absence tracking.
*Assist with recruitment and onboarding, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate liaison.
*Prepare and validate HR reports, ensuring compliance with GDPR and employment legislation.
*Act as a first point of contact for HR system queries during rollout and provide employee support.
ExperienceRequired: *Previous HR administration experience, ideally in a system implementation or upgrade.
*Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
*Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors) desirable.
*Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
*HR qualification, project support or system training experience is an advantage.
*Key competencies: adaptability, confidentiality, problem solving, and a process-oriented approach.
