* Implement Centra brand-values (Proud, Energetic, Imaginative, and Community-Based) to drive sales and revenue growth.
* Oversee store operations, setting and achieving sales targets, gross profit margin, net margin, waste, and other KPIs as agreed with leadership.
* Manage employee rostering and annual leave records effectively, ensuring a skilled and flexible workforce.
* Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive work environment, fostering good communication between employees and management.
* Deliver high-quality customer service, resolving queries efficiently and consistently.
