High-Value Transactions | Commission-Driven | Senior Commercial Broker
We are expanding our commercial division and are seeking highly experienced, Dubai-based Commercial Real Estate Brokers with an established network and a proven track record in closing commercial deals.
This role is designed for professionals who already understand the Dubai market, have existing client relationships, and are looking for a platform that offers serious deal flow, operational support, and uncapped earning potential, without micromanagement.
Your Role
Leverage your existing client base and market presence to source and close commercial sales and leasing transactions
Advise investors, landlords, and corporate occupiers across office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use assets
Structure and negotiate high-value transactions, ensuring optimal outcomes for all stakeholders
Conduct market-led advisory using in-depth knowledge of pricing, yields, and demand drivers
Present professional investment proposals, feasibility insights, and comparative market analysis
Maintain and expand relationships with developers, landlords, institutional investors, and private clients
Stay current with RERA regulations, zoning, and market movements
Operate with full autonomy while upholding exceptional client service standards
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of commercial real estate brokerage experience in Dubai
Demonstrated success in closing commercial sales and leasing transactions
Strong understanding of Dubai market dynamics, freehold vs leasehold areas, and regulatory frameworks
Established network of owners, investors, and occupiers
Commercially astute, self-managed, and results-oriented
Excellent negotiation, communication, and advisory skills
Fluent in English (Arabic, Russian, Hindi, or other languages are an advantage)
Valid UAE driving license
Financial stability to operate in a commission-based environment
