Design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions across ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, CSM, HAM, SAM, SPM, and emerging capabilities such as GenAI / Now Assist. Establish and enforce architecture standards, design patterns, and best practices across the platform. Produce and maintain high-quality architecture artefacts, technical designs, and documentation.Lead technical design sessions and provide hands-on architectural guidance to development teams. Oversee configuration, customisation, and integration of ServiceNow with enterprise systems using APIs, Data Fabric, MID Servers, Flow Designer, and custom applications. Provide assurance across upgrades, cloning strategies, and environment management (Dev, Test, Sandbox, Production). Support complex platform initiatives, including multi-instance strategies, consolidations, and migrations.Define and govern integration strategy with enterprise and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Zabbix, Tanium, and other third-party tools. Ensure CMDB health, discovery accuracy, data quality, and reconciliation in line with ServiceNow best practices.
