VANRATH are recruiting a Project Lead Manager to lead the coordination of multiple projects across NI.
Remuneration: £Very Competitive DOE + excellent benefits package Overview of Role: Responsible for the coordination off all planned programs Provide weekly and monthly reports both internally and externally to all existing clients.
Manage resources to deliver planned daily/weekly and monthly.
Professionally meet with clients and the supply chain, managing communication between parties Manage KPI's to an acceptable standard including internal and client side Provide support on claims, queries and variations to claims Assist in the procurement of suppliers and sub-contractors Working with your team to prepare accurate and prudent cost-value analysis Uphold Data Protection Policies Any additional duties required The Ideal Person: Degree or HND/HNC in Construction, Building surveying, Facilities Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Proven experience in managing planned or maintenance programs within housing, local government, education, or commercial sectors.
Knowledge of building regulations, compliance, and health & safety legislation (e.g.
CDM 2015, Fire Safety, Gas Safety, Electrical Safety).
Full UK Driving License Experience in compliance or planning management.
Senior client relationship management.
