You will have previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a manufacturing setting. Experience using SAP systems to manage production data and inventory is highly desirable. A forklift license would be a distinct advantage, supporting the hands-on nature of the role and contributing to operational flexibility. Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices. Familiarity with KPI tracking and generating reports such as budgets and costs. Effective communicator with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Ability to manage production schedules and meet deadlines. Forklift license or willingness to obtain one (advantageous).
