Leadership Role in Adult Social Care
We are seeking a seasoned Team Lead to spearhead the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care to adults with intellectual disabilities.
* Oversee daily operations to ensure safe and effective service management.
* Supervise and support Social Care Assistants and Volunteers in fostering a collaborative environment.
* Maintain compliance with statutory requirements and industry standards.
* Prioritise resident wellbeing by promoting dignity, independence, and person-centred care.
* Create a supportive atmosphere that meets residents' emotional and practical needs.
* Promote service excellence through quality assurance processes.
* Model leadership by example through professional conduct and clear communication.
To be successful in this role, applicants must hold a Level 7 qualification in Social Care (or equivalent), be CORU registered or in the process, and have a full driving licence with access to a vehicle.
