Job Overview:
* Lead operational efficiency: Oversee the management of our systems, including Salesforce, Office 365, SharePoint, VOIP, and supervise staff to ensure seamless office operations.
* Provide technical support: Assist colleagues with IT issues, procure, install, and maintain hardware and software.
* Manage facilities: Supervise building maintenance, liaise with suppliers, and ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards.
* Coordinate office tasks: Manage daily logistics, including calls, emails, post, supplies, and building services.
* Support events: Collaborate with the finance team to assist with board meetings and events.
