About Your New Job as an Office Manager As the Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
You will report to the Facilities Manager and work closely with the receptionist and other team members.
Your responsibilities will include: Client Events and Meetings: Organizing and managing client events and meetings.
Reception Duties: Overseeing the reception area and ensuring it is maintained in a professional manner.
Administrative Support: Providing administrative support to various departments and managing multiple priorities.
Problem Solving: Taking initiative and coming up with solutions to improve office operations.
Client-Facing Role: Interacting with clients and visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
What Skills You Need as an Office Manager Experience: Previous professional experience in front-of-house or office administration.
Organisational Skills: Strong organisational, planning, and time management skills.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proactive Attitude: Ability to work autonomously, set objectives, and prioritize workloads.
Interpersonal Skills: Good client-facing and interpersonal skills.
IT Skills: Competent in using the full MS Office suite.
