As a site manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management, coordination and monitoring of the site labour force and specialist subcontractors. Key responsibilities include ensuring works are delivered to the highest possible quality standards, maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations, and building strong relationships with supply chain and subcontractors.
Key skills and qualifications required for this role include:
* 5-10 years' experience in site management
* Previous main contractor experience
* Excellent IT skills
* Able to work well within a team, collaborate with others and possess excellent delegation and organisational skills
