Job Title: Swim Coordinator (Part Time)
Responsibilities
Drive service excellence and manage day‑to‑day operations of the Aura Swim Programmes.
Coordinate, programme and supervise all pool activity, including swim teachers, marketing of the programmes and relationships with local groups and clubs.
Undertake and coordinate local and centralised marketing activities to maximise capacity of Swim Programmes.
Maintain high standards for all Swim Programmes.
Build and develop strong communication and customer relationships.
Maintain relationships with schools participating in the Schools Swimming Programme and other local groups and clubs.
Administer all bookings for Swim Programmes, including credit control.
Recruit, manage, train and develop swim teachers with Operations Manager.
Attend meetings with other Swim Coordinators to maintain effective delivery of group programmes.
Contribute to a strong working team and build team morale.
Compile reports and paperwork relating to the swim academy within required timeframes.
Be an Aura ambassador and represent the company professionally.
Ensure a fun and inclusive learning environment where people can gain life‑saving skills.
Qualifications
Level II Swim Teacher Qualification (required).
Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills.
Previous experience developing similar programmes an advantage.
Results‑driven with commercial understanding to meet targets and deadlines.
Excellent PC skills and experience with Microsoft Office.
Positive attitude and genuine focus on teamwork.
Shared philosophy of helping people feel better about themselves.
RLSS Lifeguard Qualification an advantage.
Flexible hours/days of work.
Fluent English required.
Passion for customer service and building relationships.
