We are currently supporting a major greenfield sterile manufacturing project entering mechanical completion and CQV execution. The project has moved into a critical delivery phase, and there is a need for a strong HVAC Lead to provide structure, ownership, and technical leadership across HVAC systems. This is a high-visibility role within a live GMP environment where clear deliverables, coordination, and execution oversight are essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead HVAC commissioning and qualification activities
* Define deliverables and execution strategy for HVAC systems
* Conduct P&ID walkdowns and punch listing
* Support startup and system energization
* Coordinate with CQV, construction, and vendor teams
* Oversee protocol execution (IQ/OQ)
* Attend contractor and client walkdowns
* Ensure GMP compliance and documentation integrity
Requirements
* Senior HVAC commissioning experience within pharma
* Strong understanding of sterile / GMP environments
* Experience in greenfield projects
* Ability to lead and structure underperforming teams
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* On-site presence required
