We are recruiting an Administrator you will be the first point of contact for farmers, customers, and visitors, managing queries, coordinating activities, and ensuring smooth communication. The role suits someone who enjoys variety, thrives on building relationships, and can solve problems quickly in a busy, supportive environment. This is a full-time, permanent and onsite role.
DUTIES:
* Provide general administrative support including handling post, calls, and correspondence.
* Support general office operations such as ordering supplies, preparing meeting agendas, and maintaining office organisation.
* Greet customers in person, by phone, and via email in a professional and courteous manner
* Handle invoicing, filing, and other administrative duties related to service
* Liaising with sales reps.
* Liaise with regulatory bodies (e.g., Department of Agriculture) and manage compliance documentation.
* Accurately process transactions, handling various payment methods with efficiency.
* Maintain and restock the shop area throughout the day.
Requirements:

* Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with service scheduling software or CRM systems
* High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
