Financial ControllerOur established client is seeking an experiencedFinancial Controllerto take full ownership of the financial management, control, and reporting of the business. This is a senior, hands-on role supporting strategic decision-making and driving financial performance in a busy environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all finance operations, delivering accurate management and statutory reportingPrepare monthly management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysisMaintain strong financial controls, compliance, and internal audit processesManage cash flow, working capital, balance sheet reconciliations, and banking relationshipsOversee payroll (weekly & monthly), revenue controls, stock, and cash handlingManage tax submissions and statutory filings, liaising with Revenue, auditors, and advisorsDrive cost control, margin analysis, and profitability across departmentsLead, mentor, and develop the finance teamProvide senior management with KPIs, financial performance, and payroll reportsPayroll & HR OversightAdminister employee benefits (TaxSaver, Bike to Work, PRSA auto-enrolment, etc.)Maintain accurate employee records in line with GDPRManage starters, leavers, promotions, and payroll changesOversee Time & Attendance systems and working time complianceSupport payroll, payslip, Revenue, and sick pay queriesPrepare monthly HR and payroll reportsThe Ideal Candidate4+ years' post-qualification experience in accounting/financeHospitality, hotel, or leisure sector experience highly desirableStrong commercial, analytical, and leadership skillsPayroll, HR systems, and SAGE experience an advantageExperience with hotel accounting/PMS systems beneficialMust have the right to work full-time in Ireland / EU Location: Mayo Full-time | On-site
