Duties Manage the delivery of merchandising and marketing services to clients in your area Oversee a team of field staff: onboarding, training, scheduling, performance management, and daily support Ensure full use and understanding of company systems among your team Develop and implement a local recruitment plan with the support of a recruitment specialist Handle all outbound communications and manage daily activity briefs Monitor and maintain service quality, staff performance, and health & safety standards Analyse cost efficiency and performance metrics, manage mileage claims and field assets Resolve internal and external queries promptly, within agreed SLAs Regularly report on area performance and contribute to continuous service improvement Requirements Based in the Munster region Hybrid work structure Proven experience managing remote or field-based teams Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills Comfortable using digital systems and data to support decision-making Confident in recruitment, training, and performance management Full clean driver's licence Full working rights for Ireland In return Salary €36,000 KPI Bonuses Company vehicle and fuel card Pension contribution This is an exciting role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, field-based environment and wants to play a key part in delivering top-class service to high-profile clients.
