* Customer Service: Deliver exceptional experiences confidently handling reservations, resolving enquiries, and building rapport with diverse customers.
* Sales Marketing: Connect local business partners, grow network, and develop lasting relationships.
* Financial Control Profitability: Understand financial mechanics of successful business including cost control and interpreting profit/loss statements.
* Operations Logistics: Learn to manage fleet, plan strategically, and drive performance.
* Leadership Development: Take lead, mentoring, training, developing own team, opportunity to manage and promote others, and grow.
Applications are accepted from all undergraduate university students regardless of the university attended or subjects being studied. Assessment is based on how you perform against competencies. You must have a full manual Republic of Ireland, UK, or EU driving license but we make accommodations for applicants who don't drive due to disability.
