Kube kitchens are seeking a motivated and experienced
Sales Representative
 to drive the sale of kitchen products and solutions into the
construction and property development sector
. You will be responsible for managing relationships with construction firms, developers, architects, and contractors to supply kitchen packages for residential projects, focusing on the PRS and BTS markets.
Key Responsibilities
 * Identify and target new business opportunities within the construction and development sectors.
 * Maintain and grow existing accounts by understanding their ongoing and upcoming project needs.
 * Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
 * Build strong, long-term relationships with developers, contractors, architects, and specifiers.
 * Attend site visits, client meetings, and trade events to promote products and solutions.
 * Present and promote kitchen ranges, cabinetry, appliances, and associated products to meet client requirements.
 * Guide product selection, customisation, and technical specifications.
 * Work closely with internal design, logistics, and installation teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products.
 * Track project timelines and client requirements to ensure seamless execution.
 * Monitor construction industry trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.
 * Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams on customer needs and product developments.
Key Requirements
 * Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within the construction, kitchen, or interiors sector.
 * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
 * Strong understanding of the construction sales cycle and project timelines.
 * Ability to read construction plans and technical drawings is a plus.
 * CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency.
 * Relevant sales or business qualification preferred.
 * Full Irish driving license
 * An established network of contacts will be a significant advantage
