Job Title: Senior Financial Assistant Job Description Provide financial support to the organisation, partnering with department heads to deliver financial planning and analysis. Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to drive business growth. Support business development by monitoring financial performance and hosting monthly/quarterly finance reviews. Key Activities: Production of commercial management accounts. Completion of balance sheet reconciliations. Monthly reconciliation of group bank accounts. Review of nominal ledger for accuracy of postings in line with agreed processes and procedures. Creation and processing of weekly financial reports across commercial areas. Support Head of HR with monthly payroll. Ad hoc analysis and financial reviews as required. Required Skills and Qualifications Part-qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years relevant accounting experience. Previous experience in management accounting, budgeting, and variance analysis. Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly MS Excel.
