Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Motor Factors Counter Sales Representative to join our team This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for cars, strong computer skills, and a friendly, team-oriented attitude. In this role, you will be at the forefront of customer interaction, processing orders for garages, and ensuring our clients receive the right car parts on time.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process incoming orders from garages and customers, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
* Use computer systems to look up car parts, check availability, and place orders with suppliers.
* Monitor and respond to WhatsApp groups and other communication channels for incoming orders.
* Assist customers in person, by phone, or through messaging platforms with product inquiries and order support.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
* Ensure inventory is accurately tracked and parts are ordered as needed.
* Collaborate with the team to provide the best possible service to clients.
Qualifications/Skills:
* A genuine interest in cars and automotive parts.
* Strong computer skills, with the ability to quickly learn and navigate different systems.
* Friendly, approachable attitude with excellent customer service skills.
* Ability to work well within a team environment.
* Experience in counter sales or working in a motor factors environment would be advantageous, but not essential.
* Ability to multi-task and manage incoming orders efficiently.
