Following an internal promotion, our client, is looking to appoint a Group FC to take overall responsibility for the financial management and reporting of the Group.
This is an exciting time to join this company, as you will play a key strategic role in the future direction as part of the senior team and be a trusted advisor to the MD and owners.
You will ensure the accuracy, efficiency and integrity of the Groups financial operations, while supporting strategic planning and commercial growth.
Reporting to the Managing Director, the postholder will lead and develop the finance team, ensuring strong controls, timely reporting, andeffective collaboration across the Group.
The Job: Oversee and deliver accurate and insightful financial reporting to include monthly management accounts and consolidated group results.
Provide timely financial analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making.
Review and report on operational performance and efficiency across business units.
Manage group cashflow and optimise working capital to support business needs.
