We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our B2B broadband and VOIP installations as Service Delivery Manager.
As the main point of contact, this role requires strong ICT skills, excellent organisational abilities and outstanding customer service expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee end-to-end delivery of B2B broadband and VOIP installations.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely, professional service.
* Configure routers, VOIP handsets and cloud PBX systems.
* Act as the main contact for clients during onboarding and installation.
* Attend on-site client meetings as needed.
* Monitor project timelines, manage risks and resolve issues.
* Improve processes and manage hardware procurement and inventory.
Requirements:
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* ICT or telecoms experience preferred but not essential.
* Proven ability to manage projects and collaborate across teams.
* Strong problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach.
