This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment where you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality food production and delivering exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
* You will work on different sections of the large kitchen, including hot and cold and pastry kitchen.
* Ensure food quality and production meet customer expectations.
* Help manage stock and assist senior chefs during service.
* Contribute to kitchen health and hygiene procedures.
* Cook food to order and lead junior chefs in a section of the kitchen.
Key Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent.
* Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
