HR Assistant
We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to fill the role of HR Assistant in a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Effectively manage candidate data on our internal systems ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Process and document all required information from employees in a timely manner.
* Perform regular audits to verify data integrity across our HR systems.
* Provide relevant information to our payroll department for efficient processing and support the weekly/monthly payroll process.
* Collate and format reports as requested by the HR function to ensure seamless communication.
* Support the recruitment and onboarding processes with professionalism and attention to detail.
* Maintain and develop training systems and procedures to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Essential Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years experience in HR Administration or similar administration roles.
* Proficiency in MS Office (word, excel, outlook) is essential for success in this position.
* Previous experience with internal systems, CRM or HR training programs is highly beneficial.
* Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate data input and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail are crucial for effective communication and collaboration.
