* Take a comprehensive patient history, synthesise data and formulate accurate diagnoses and care plans.
* Monitor patients' physiological status, record signs and symptoms, and escalate concerns as necessary.
* Develop and execute individualised plans of care for newly admitted patients, adhering to hospital policies.
Key Qualifications
NMBI Registration as a General Nurse is essential.
