Required Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum Leaving Certificate level
* At least 3 years in a customer-facing retail environment
* Experience of managing / working with a diverse team of people
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, in individual and group situations
* Able to establish and foster excellent working relationships with many different people across different functions and locations
