Tasks
* Oversee order placement and execution with production units, safeguarding delivery conditions & acting as the voice of the customer.
* Handle escalated customer queries from the Customer Service team.
* Take responsibility for achieving budgeted customer results & analyze KPIs related to financial performance & delivery metrics.
* Develop & enhance customer contracts & supplier agreements (annual budgets, capacity planning, slot reservations, modification programs, contract amendments).
* Collect & analyze customer insights & host regular customer performance reviews.
* You are confident to work within a global team of Customer Service, Account & Sales manage on the point goal of customer satisfaction
* Take on special projects & initiatives that drive operational excellence & customer value.
Requirements
The candidate should essentially fulfill the following requirements:
* Minimum Diploma/degree qualified, preferably in a business or engineering
* 3 years+ Experience in customer related roles
* Experience in Aviation MRO industry advantageous
* Exceptional service orientation and customer focus
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Solid proficiency in the relevant IT systems used (MS Office/Teams, ERP Systems)
* Very good knowledge of internal processes and relationships is a plus
* Strong analytical skills and well-developed conceptual thinking abilities
* Diplomacy and negotiating
* Strong initiative to make decisions and a structured, systematic way of working
* Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
* Commitment to ongoing professional development
