Practice Accountant | Meath| Flexi – Time
Our client, an established/ reputable firm of accountants based in Meath, is currently seeking a strong Practice Accountant/ Audit Senior to join the team.
The firm is close to 30 years in business and works with a wide variety of clients from sole traders to larger group entities.
The role and practice will offer the excellent work/ life balance – flexitime will be on offer.
Key Responsibilities will include –
1. Accounts preparation for sole traders and audit exempt companies
2. Filing and paying Vat, P30 and Corporation Tax liabilities for clients
3. Preparation of Income Tax Workings including rental accounts
4. Assistance on Audit Files with Audit Seniors
5. Ad hoc work which might arise
About you –
6. You will be a Qualified Accountant – ACA/ ACCA /CPA
7. Ideally have min 4 years' experience working in practice (salary will be very competitive and consummate with experience level)
8. Be familiar with relevant accounting standards
9. Have strong communication/ client management skills
10. Have a proven ability to train and mentor junior members of staff
