Job Role
The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for daily commercial activities in ongoing projects within the Power division.
* Cash flow forecasting and budget tracking to ensure project success.
* Effective contract administration and procurement practices to manage costs and timelines.
* Commercial reporting and payment applications through final account stages.
* Agreement of Bills of Quantities (BoQs) and variations with clients to maintain project momentum.
* SUPPORT FOR PROJECT TEAMS Commercially, the Quantity Surveyor will provide expertise to drive business outcomes.
