* Booking Accuracy: Ensure that all bookings are processed accurately and efficiently across phone, email, and online channels, minimizing errors and maximizing customer satisfaction.
* Group Bookings and VIP Reservations: Handle group bookings, special requests, and VIP reservations with care and attention, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding customer expectations.
* Revenue Growth: Collaborate closely with Revenue and Sales teams to forecast demand and maximize occupancy, driving revenue growth and business expansion.
* Reporting and Analytics:
* Maintain and optimize the use of reservation systems (Opera, SynXis, or similar), analyzing data and producing reports to support planning and decision-making.
