Job Title: Warehouse Operator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and physically fit Warehouse Operator to join our team. This role involves a variety of warehouse functions including picking and packing orders, pallet wrapping, loading and unloading vehicles, and maintaining an organized stock area. A forklift license would be advantageous but is not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Pick orders accurately and efficiently based on pick lists.
* Box and prepare customer orders for shipment.
* Wrap pallets securely to ensure safe transport and storage.
* Label items and shipments correctly according to company and shipping standards.
* Load and unload trucks and other delivery vehicles safely.
* Move goods around the warehouse using lifting equipment or hand-trucks.
* Sort and organize stock to maintain an orderly warehouse.
* Assist in the preparation and completion of shipping documentation.
* Support inventory audits and regular cycle counts.
* Collaborate effectively with other warehouse staff to meet daily and weekly production goals.
Requirements:
* Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred
* Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy items and standing for extended periods.
* Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
* Basic knowledge of warehouse safety procedures.
* Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
* Attention to detail and good organisational skills.
* A valid forklift license would be advantageous but is not required.
