To supervise and maximize every facet of our food and beverage operations, we are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Food and Beverage Operations Manager & Duty Manager. You will be in charge of predicting, planning, and managing F&B orders, personnel, and budgets as well as making sure that guests have an outstanding experience. By continuously meeting and surpassing customer expectations, encouraging employee engagement, and keeping a focus on efficiency and quality, your major goal will be to maximize sales and revenue. You will be essential to our F&B department's success and to raising overall guest satisfaction by putting creative ideas into practice and upholding high standards. Reaponsibilities: Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service Be involved in the design of exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel Establish targets, KPIs, schedules, policies and procedures Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork Comply with all health and safety regulations Report on management regarding sales results and productivity Benefits: Food allowance On-site parking Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shifts Weekend availability Ability to commute/relocate: Ballygawley, Co.
