We are seeking a motivated and experienced Salon Manager to oversee daily operations, drive business growth, and ensure a high standard of customer care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day running of the salon to ensure smooth operations
* Lead, train, and motivate the salon team to deliver excellent customer service
* Handle recruitment, training, and scheduling of staff
* Oversee and promote services including nails, facials, and waxing
* Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships
* Use Phorest salon software for bookings, client management, and reporting
* Create and manage social media campaigns to attract and retain clients
* Monitor KPIs and work towards meeting sales, products and service targets
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of salon/spa management experience
* Strong knowledge of nail services, facials, and waxing
* Experience with Phorest software (or similar salon management systems)
* Proven skills in recruitment and team leadership
* Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Ability to use social media for marketing and client engagement
* Passionate about beauty, customer service, and business growth
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: €17.00-€20.00 per hour
