The Role
Oxfam Ireland is currently looking for an Administrator to join our Corporate Services team based in is an excellent opportunity toprovide professional, quality and timely administrative and facilities management services, in support of the values and goals of Oxfam Ireland.
To be considered for the role, candidates should possess a range of skills and experience including:
Demonstrable relevant experience in a similar senior administration role in an office environment.
Proven track record of working to deadlines and demonstrable ability to multitask and prioritise projects and tasks.
Excellent communication (verbal and written English) and interpersonal skills: a positive, helpful and friendly outlook is essential.
Customer service oriented.
Right to work in Ireland
Desirable
Experienced in producing meeting minutes.
Experienced in organising travel and events.
