Senior Property Sales Executive
Are you an experienced Sales professional in the property/real estate sector who is now looking for a new challenge in the Limerick region? Our client, a high profile employer in the property sales & services sector, are now undergoing a period of significant expansion across Ireland & as a result, they have now engaged exclusively with us in Cpl to recruit a talented, energetic & ambitious Senior Property Sales Executive to join their team here in Limerick.
The Job:
As a key part of the national sales team & reporting directly to the CEO, the successful candidate will have a broad remit covering sales, business development & commercial management for developments primarily in the Limerick region. These will include designing & delivering sales strategies to attract interest & generate leads, creating property adverts & promotional materials, providing guidance to interested parties, negotiating pricing, undertaking market/competitor analysis, utilising social & digital media tools & supporting the leadership team with their strategic sales duties.
Your Skills/Experience that we need
1. 3rd level degree qualified in Business Studies, Marketing or a related discipline ideally.
2. 4+ years' relevant sales experience in the property/real estate sector.
3. Excellent IT skills including a high level of ability in all Microsoft applications & understanding of marketing principals.
4. Excellent attention to detail, inter-personal & presentation skills.
5. Proven ability to work on your own initiative & deliver on sales targets & KPI's.
6. Full & clean driving license.
The Offer:
Salary will depend on candidate skills & experience but expected to be a base salary of approx. 60-80k + bonus & other incentives, expenses & allowances.
This role will be based in the client's Limerick city office but given the nature of the role & property industry, candidates will need to be able to work occasionally outside of typical 9-5 office hours.
Candidates holding restricted visas/work permits will not be considered.
