Job Title: Senior Construction Cost Manager
Description:
This is a highly skilled position that will be responsible for providing commercial support to projects, ensuring accurate and timely payment claims against project targets. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy in their work.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain compliance with all Health and Safety procedures within your work.
* Support estimating and tender preparation, using costing information as a basis for monitoring performance against pre-determined costs.
* Provide assistance with project planning functions, help define project budget and pricing additional works / variations to contract.
* Aid in the preparation of cost plans, estimates and cash flow projections, supporting procurement activities, advising on packaging and bills of quantity etc.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
* Professional certification in quantity surveying (MRICS/MRICS) would be an advantage.
