OverviewProduct Manager - Notional Pooling, Vice President at Citi. Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) is a market leading provider of cash management, cards and trade solutions to financial institutions, public sector and corporate clients. Europe Liquidity Management Services (LMS) covers a large operating environment and client base, including the Global Notional Pooling team responsible for Notional Pooling product strategy, delivery, pricing, client experience, commercialization, risk & control, reporting and re-platforming/rollouts.What you’ll doThis product management role is a member of the Global Notional Pooling team within the Global Liquidity and Cash Concentration solutions area. The position entails product management of the Notional Pooling product, encompassing product strategy, delivery, processes, pricing, client experience, commercialization, risk & control, reporting, and re-platforming/ rollouts. Notional Pooling is a working capital management tool that allows clients to minimize bank interest by notionally concentrating end-of-day balances into a single net amount. The product sits at the top of clients\' liquidity management structures and is a key component in winning cash management proposals. The product operates in a dynamic regulatory environment with market, legal, risk and accounting considerations.Key Responsibilities:Monitor adherence of the global Notional Pooling portfolio to established product risk acceptance criteria and drive restructuring or remediation actions as relevant.Deliver and lead periodic reviews with Risk partners and Legal partners.Ensure a robust risk and compliance environment through proactive identification, ownership and management of issues and incidents.Collaborate with Global Product Development lead to drive rollout of new or enhanced product features and global platforms, ensuring all approvals and governance are followed.Provide ongoing support for Notional Pooling deals in Europe including engagement with client-facing teams, deal reviews, pricing, exception handling, etc.Plan and execute pricing and expense management initiatives to optimize portfolio performance.Recommend and deliver process improvements in collaboration with onboarding, operations, technology and other teams.Ensure timely Product Approval Program reviews and renewal, and Legal Opinion reviews and refreshes.Contribute to product strategy and investment planning based on customer, competitor, and industry insights, plus risk and control assessments.Develop and update client collateral and internal collateral to support value articulation and commercialization efforts.Maintain and update product content on internal and external channels.Contribute to management updates and presentations; support internal and external audits/regulatory reviews where applicable.What we’ll need from youRelevant experience, preferably in Liquidity and Cash Management or Product Management.Demonstrated experience in Product Management and/or Product Development.Knowledge of credit is useful; familiarity with Citi and TTS systems is helpful.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Client-centric mindset with ability to solve complex issues and build cross-partner relationships.Ability to articulate views succinctly and deliver presentations to clients and senior managers.Bachelors/Master’s degree or equivalent experience.What we can offer youBy joining Citi Dublin, you will be part of a business casual workplace with a hybrid working model (up to 2 days home working per week).
