Person in Charge
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to fill the role of Person in Charge for our residential services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Department of Health Regulations and HIQA Standards, as well as providing the highest possible standards of support to those who use our service.
* A minimum of 3 years of managerial experience within a Social Care Setting is required.
* A professional degree (min level 7) in Social Care or relevant qualification is essential.
* Experience in managing residential services, including Level 6 management qualification, is necessary.
* A full driving license and access to own transport are also required.
Working knowledge of legislation and HIQA standards of care is highly desirable.
