POSITION SUMMARYThe Digital Marketing Coordinator is a member of the Marketing Team, responsible for coordinating and executing digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, engage customers, and drive business growth. This role supports the development of marketing strategy in conjunction with the commercial business and aligns with the global marketing direction.The Digital Marketing Coordinator works closely with cross-functional teams to support campaign development, content creation, and performance analysis, ensuring all activities align with Zoetis' brand guidelines and regulatory requirements. The role also assists the Marketing Manager and other commercial areas with projects that overlap with digital marketing duties, and contributes to budgeting, planning, and evaluating the return on investment for marketing activities.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIESContent Management & DevelopmentCollaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to create engaging digital content (blog posts, social media, email newsletters, videos, landing pages/forms).Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, deadlines, and budget.Facilitate communication and project tracking.Ensure all content aligns with Zoetis' brand guidelines, messaging, regulatory compliance, and marketing objectives.Ensure material is approved through Veeva Vault. Occasionally collaborate with external customers (veterinary practices) as required by the sales teamWeb Site & Social Media ManagementWork cross-functionally to update and maintain Zoetis' brand websites, microsites, and Learning AcademySupport management of Zoetis' social media channels by scheduling content, monitoring engagement, responding to inquiries, and analysing performance.Help identify opportunities for audience growth and community building.Ensure potential pharmacovigilance cases raised in social media comments are reported.Brand Plans Coordination & ExecutionRecommend new tactics, platforms, or technologies to enhance Zoetis' digital presence and marketing effectivenessAssist in end-to-end management of digital marketing campaigns (email, social media, SEO, SEM, display advertising).Plan timelines, coordinate with creative/content teams, set up campaigns, and ensure timely launch and delivery.Support optimisation efforts managing marketing automation, segmenting audiences, and delivering personalised communications via CRMData Analysis & ReportingMonitor KPIs for digital campaigns using analytics tools.Prepare regular reports tracking metrics (traffic, engagement, conversion rates, ROI).Stay abreast of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.Comply with pharmacovigilance obligationsORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPSMarketing TeamSales Force TeamVet Operations TeamCenter of Excellence (CoE)IT and Web Development TeamsExternal agenciesVeterinary practices (occasionally)Customers via social media and digital platformRESOURCES MANAGEDFinancial AccountabilityThe role has direct involvement on the Revenue Generation and Profitability of the business, in a Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly basisSupervisionNo direct reports.
