Payment Processing Analyst
Salary: 24 Euro per hour
Contract: 6-month contract with potential extension
Your Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of transactions, assisting Relationship Managers with client transactions; facilitate end-to-end debt issuance processes into capital markets.
* Set up new transactions in bank systems for record keeping, document handling, and revenue management within deadlines.
* Handle post-closing administration for transactions as Trustee, Paying Agent, Custodian, etc.
* Maintain internal controls and ensure accurate record keeping, meeting deadlines.
* Make payments, handle account openings, monitor deal events, and assist with deal maintenance.
* Communicate with internal and external clients and resolve queries.
* Support team with ad hoc tasks like corporate actions and report collation.
Your Skills and Experience
* Minimum A level or equivalent qualifications.
* Understanding of global financial services and debt capital markets.
* Knowledge of payment processing, trustee services, clearing systems, and loan administration.
* Strong client relationship skills and stakeholder management.
* Proactive, self-motivated, and able to use initiative.
* Good time management and organizational skills.
* Foreign language skills such as German, Spanish, Italian, or French are beneficial.
