Operations Executive - DublinUp to €34,000.00 per annum – Experience DependantFull-time – including evenings, weekends and emergency on-call.Benefits include - Employee Assistance Programme - Annual leave allowance - Opportunities for professional development and networking - A dynamic and supportive working environment, plus more.As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination and management of our International Student groups and individuals travelling to Ireland.Responsible for delivering travel requirements for several specified overseas ETOs, including travel, accommodation, language studies and excursions. You will also manage the costs and margins to meet set targets and profitability. Key Responsibilities: Take full responsibility for all student group bookings, from group confirmation on CLASS to departure. Ensure that services provided do not exceed quotes; indeed, strive to ensure that the maximum margin is achieved Deliver the required tour arrangements for each client to a set deadline Upsell with each group, where possible, to encourage package tours Confirming/invoicing/ETO liaison for all individual clients Arranging/booking all the services requested for individuals, including airport transfers, excursions, Airport Meet and Greets, travel cards, living allowance, etc. Ensure all documentation required for arrivals, programme content, and itineraries is collected in its entirety to operate bookings efficiently Out of office emergency cover is required on a rotational basis Responsibility for improving quality across all processes for the department • Ensure systems are continually updated Work closely with the new business team to fulfil operations Develop and produce all the required daily, weekly, and monthly placement reports. Overseeing the upkeep of computerised records using CLASS. Assisting in Health & Safety operations at the Centre. Skills & Experience:A level or equivalent Administration experience is essential.Operation of inbound international groupsKnowledge of ROI guidelines and compliance requirementsExperience of working for an English school and for a tour operatorPeople, Customer Service and systems management experienceTwin Group is an award-winning provider of education, travel, work experience, accommodation, and employment services.
