Job Overview
We are seeking an Account Executive to manage personal lines insurance, focusing on renewals, amendments, cross-selling, and up-selling across all product lines. The role involves client management, compliance, and collaboration across teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage renewals, client retention, and ensure all aspects of Mid-Term Alterations, Renewals, Accounts entry, claims liaison, and correspondence are completed accurately.
2. Build and maintain relationships with clients across departments, handling queries and delivering high-quality service.
3. Ensure all processes comply with industry standards and company policies.
4. Work collaboratively within teams to meet targets and objectives.
Requirements
* APA qualification is required; CIP is preferred.
* Experience in a fast-paced environment and knowledge of Relay are advantageous.
