SharePoint Coordination Lead - REF: 2611
We are seeking an experienced Coordination Lead to manage an enterprise-level SharePoint implementation and migration project. The ideal candidate will bring project delivery expertise, hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365/SharePoint Online projects, and the ability to manage cross‑functional stakeholders.
Responsibilities for the role are as follows:
Project Leadership & Delivery
Support the end-to-end delivery of a SharePoint Online implementation and content migration project.
Deliver project scope, milestones, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
Oversee project planning, governance, documentation, and reporting.
Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and senior stakeholders.
Facilitate workshops, requirements‑gathering sessions, and regular project meetings.
Communicate project progress, risks, and dependencies clearly and professionally.
Technical & Functional Coordination
Work closely with technical teams to ensure solution design aligns with business needs.
Coordinate content owners, business units, and IT teams to support migration activities.
Support the development of governance, site structure, permissions, and user adoption strategies.
Risk & Issue Management
Identify project risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies.
Manage change requests and ensure proper evaluation and approval.
Training & Adoption
Support user readiness, training planning, and change management.
Ensure successful rollout and adoption across the organisation.
The position will be offered on a contract basis with a duration of 12‑18 months. The location for this role will be our Dublin office.
Requirements
The Candidate….
4+ years professional experience in SharePoint Online or Microsoft 365 implementation, migration, or administration.
Strong understanding of SharePoint Information Architecture, permissions models, and site design principles.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong organisational and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Desirable but not required experience:
Project Management Experience
Experience working in an MSP, consultancy or internal IT function delivering Microsoft 365 solutions
Exposure to governance, compliance, or information architecture in Microsoft 365
A degree in IT, Business or a related field may be beneficial but is not required.
